SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle)

An SPV (special purpose vehicle) is a separate legal entity formed for a defined investment or purpose, sometimes used to pool investors into a single company investment. Minimum checks, fees, rights, and eligibility vary by offering.

Example: Several eligible investors invest through an SPV that purchases shares in one startup.
