Co-investment

A co-investment is an investment in a specific company alongside a fund, made directly or through a separate vehicle. Access, allocations, fees, and rights depend on the opportunity and its documents.

Example: A fund invests in a financing round and separately invites eligible LPs to invest alongside it through a co-investment vehicle.
