Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://shehasleverage.com and the Aligned Capital Program (together, the “Service”), operated by She Has Leverage LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, registering for an event, or purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Aligned Capital Program is an educational course teaching frameworks and skills for evaluating venture capital funds as a limited partner. It includes video lessons, written curriculum, exercises, interactive tools, the LP Decision Stack capstone, and a completion certificate.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Accredited investor status is not required to enroll in or complete the Program: it teaches how to evaluate venture funds, not how to invest in a specific one, and does not itself grant access to any investment opportunity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify hello@shehasleverage.com promptly of any unauthorized use.

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on She Has Leverage’s servers. Purchasing the Program grants a personal license to access it, described in Section 6; it does not create any partnership, advisory relationship, or entitlement to invest in any fund.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy at /legal/refunds.

Purchasing the Program grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use its content for your own education. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the curriculum, videos, exercises, or tools without prior written permission. The certificate of completion is issued to you personally and may not be transferred or issued on behalf of someone else who has not completed the Program.

All content in the Service, including the curriculum, video lessons, exercises, the LP Decision Stack tools, the LP Decision Stack capstone, and the She Has Leverage name and marks, is owned by She Has Leverage or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with anyone else
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce course content beyond personal, non-commercial use

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to invest in any specific fund. Venture investing is illiquid, long horizon, and carries risk of loss, including total loss. You are solely responsible for any investment decision you make, whether during or after the Program.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. She Has Leverage does not guarantee any particular outcome, including that completing the Program will result in a successful investment or any specific financial result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Has Leverage’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Program in the twelve months before the claim arose.

She Has Leverage may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; the license restrictions in Section 6 and the limitations in Section 10 survive termination.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
